Along with Derrick Carter & Gene Farris, second generation Chicago House master, James Curd, who here debuts on Circus Recordings, helped define the bumping sound of the city's underground music scene.
His work as 'Greenskeepers' completely captured the essence of the playful jacking sound of the aforementioned artists and the output of that era.... Now based in Australia and working on film scores, his heart is still in house.
